Refund policy
For it to be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be in its original packaging. In addition, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to send a return request
- Click on the profile icon in the store menu or go to the refund policy or returns page and request a return.
- Log into your account
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, then click "Continue."
- In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code that is included there.
- Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request Return" for the order for which you wish to submit a return.
- If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
- Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request Return."
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Damages and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and make sure to fix it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of gift certificates.
Replacements
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, when the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be in its original packaging. Also, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, within 10 business days you will receive your refund automatically through your original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and make the refund visible.
